My Story

Originally born in Morristown, New Jersey, I spent most of my life growing up in Ashburn, Virginia: the data center capital of the world. After graduating from the Academy of Engineering and Technology, I attended the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Initially, I came in as a Computer Engineering major, but quickly pivoted to pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.

I chose EE because I wanted the challenge. I could conceptually understand how gears turn, heat transfers, and bridges don't collapse, but there was something mysterious and abstract about EE; something I wanted to discover for myself. I became most intrigued by systems theory, RF, and communications during my sophomore and junior years. I took classes that challenged me such as Advanced Embedded Systems, Modern Applications of Electromagnetics, and Microwave Circuit Design Lab. I also participated in undergraduate research through the Wireless Institute of Notre Dame as part of a larger government project, SpectrumX.

After each summer of college, I interned within the Washington, D.C. area. My first two summer internships were with PwC Cyber Consulting while my third summer internship was with the Homeland Security Systems Engineering and Development Institute at The MITRE Corporation. I received full-time offers of employment at both PwC and MITRE, accepting the offer for full-time at Mitre following graduation. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding government funding MITRE could no longer offer me full-time employment post-graduation. I am currently seeking full-time employment and am ready, willing, and able to use my skills and education to tackle any problem put in front of me. During the past four years at Notre Dame, I have involved myself in a number of jobs, leadership positions, and activities.

I plan to graduate in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Music. To learn more about my music journey, click on the music tab.
